Dealership Desktop Review

An offsite review or your financial and operational data. We will analyse and identify the 4-5 biggest opportunities in your existing business and provide recommendations as to actions you could implement to realise these opportunities.

Dealership Operational Review

In depth onsite analysis of the Dealership operations. We help the identify where are the opportunities for the business and actions that would help achieve them. We start by identifying the opportunities, then drive down to the fundamental of people and processes - what is the blockage preventing you from achieving best practice. The Dealership Operational Review will uncover those issues - Are the people not trained appropriately in terms of skills or processes? Is the Dealership measuring the right activity drivers in the business? Do you have the right people in the right places, or the right mix of people? etc

Future Retail Strategies

What do the ongoing and anticipated future changes to the business environment mean to your business, e.g., COVID-19, the Internet of Things, customer expectations? What impacts could they have on your business, and more importantly, what actions can the Dealership take to mitigate these or even thrive in the future environment.

Customer Engagement

What is the customer retention and engagement in your Dealership? We look at these two areas, and identify opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations and an action plan to achieve.

Used Vehicle Success

Is your vehicle department achieving the profit and Return On Investment levels it could be. We conduct an in-depth analysis of the used vehicle department and data. You will receive a report highlighting the areas in the used vehicle chain limiting return on investment and profit, and we provide assistance to remove those roadblocks.

Structural Review

We conduct and in-depth analysis of your Dealership structure. Are there areas where the structure is not set correctly to drive the optimal productivity and result. We will highlight the changes that can be made to improve these areas.

Remuneration Review

Remuneration and commission structures have a large impact on the ultimate result achieved by the Dealership. We will review the relevant roles, compare their incentive schemes to the objectives of the Dealership and recommend any changes we believe will help the Dealership drive better towards it goals.
